Genesis Construction

Genesis Construction was founded by Darold Stutzman, in 1991. Darold grew up on the farms of Franklin County, just north of Pasco. Darold took that strong farm work ethic, and turned his efforts towards construction in mid-1970s. First renovating and remodeling fixer uppers for him, and eventually getting into construction as a career, and later starting his own company. Over the years, Genesis has branched out into various aspects of building and development. The company has built spec and custom homes throughout the Tri-Cities and eastern Washington, as well as developing land and providing a new home community in west Pasco. Genesis Construction prides itself on being one of the few, local, hands on builders, in our market. Together with his sons, Shane and Jared, Darold sees to it that Genesis Construction hand crafts each home to be of the highest quality and with the finest materials. Windermere Real Estate and Genesis Construction have been a team for well over a decade. It's been a partnership that has benefited both companies, as well as the growing list of proud homeowners that have a Genesis built home.
