Fenix Homes

Fenix Homes is led by Steve Freimuth. Steve spent 25 years with Washington Mutual Savings Bank. As Executive Vice President Steve was responsible for all new bank acquisitions, residential lending, human resources, and the construction of the 100,000 square foot Washington Mutual Leadership center at Cedar Brook. Steve's head superintendent is Dave Martin. Dave has been building homes in the Tri-Cities since 1976. Steve and Dave have a history working together. Steve hired Dave in 1985 to build homes for the bank in one of their subdivisions. Together they were one of the first “spec home” builders to successfully get back into the market in the mid-1980's. Fenix Homes prides itself on being a “custom spec builder”. Floor plans, specifications, quality level of materials, sub-contractors, customer service, and consistency (product and service) are Fenix Homes top priority.
